Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Sudoku Scapes, Life Logic, Trackly, and other mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Applications") created by LuminaLabs ("Service Provider", "we", "us"). Data practices differ between our ad-supported games and Trackly, so each Application is described separately below.

1. Information Collection and Use

A. Sudoku Scapes & Life Logic (ad-supported games)

These games are free to play and rely on advertisements to fund development. Data collection for these Applications is primarily handled by our third-party advertising partners.

Information You Provide Directly: We do not require an account to play. The only personal data we receive directly is what you voluntarily provide if you contact us for support (e.g. your email address).

Automatically Collected Information (Advertising & Analytics): To display advertisements and analyze game performance, our third-party partners (like Google AdMob) may collect and process:

• Device Identifiers: Unique identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID (GAID), used to show personalized ads and limit repeat ad views.
• Coarse Location: Approximate location derived from your IP address, to keep ads relevant to your region.
• Usage Data: Interactions with the game (session duration, crash logs, diagnostic information).

B. Trackly

Trackly is a TV show and movie tracking app. Unlike our games, Trackly has no advertisements and no analytics or crash-tracking SDKs. Trackly requires a free account (email and password, or Google sign-in) to use the app, so your library reliably syncs across your devices. Its data handling is as follows:

Data stored on your device: Trackly stores your library (tracked shows/movies, episode watch status, ratings, reviews), custom lists, profile display name/username/bio, and app settings locally on your device as well as in your account (see below), using standard app storage. Uninstalling the app deletes the local copy. The in-app "Export my data" feature creates a JSON file that is shared only through the method you choose.

Account and cloud sync: Authentication is handled by Supabase, our backend and database provider — passwords are never visible to us; Supabase stores them in hashed form and handles the sign-in process directly. If you sign in with Google, we receive the email address associated with your Google account.

When you create an account, the following is stored on Supabase's servers, tied to your account, so it can sync between your devices: your library (shows/movies tracked, watch status, watched episodes, ratings, reviews), custom lists, profile info (display name, username, bio), notification and platform preferences, and theme preference. Show/movie metadata (titles, posters, cast, etc.) is not stored on our servers — each device fetches that directly from TMDB as needed.

Signing out stops your device from syncing further changes, but does not delete your account or the data already stored. To request deletion of your account and its associated data, email us at lumina.labs.studio@gmail.com.

Data sent over the network: To show title information, Trackly sends your search terms and title requests to The Movie Database (TMDB) (themoviedb.org). No personal profile data or library contents are sent — only the search queries and title IDs needed to fetch metadata, artwork and episode information. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB; see TMDB's own policy at themoviedb.org/privacy-policy.

Optional device permissions:

• Calendar: only used if you tap "Add to calendar" for an episode; creates a single event on your device. Trackly does not read your existing calendar.
• Notifications: used to schedule local episode reminders you opt into. Generated on-device; no push server is involved.
• File access: used only when you choose to import or export a file, through the system file picker.

If future versions of Trackly add ads or analytics, this section will be updated accordingly before that version is released.

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for advertising, analytics and content. These third parties have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

• Google AdMob — used by Sudoku Scapes and Life Logic
• The Movie Database (TMDB) — used by Trackly, to provide show/movie data
• Supabase — used by Trackly, for account authentication and cloud sync
• Google Sign-In — used by Trackly, only if you choose to sign in with Google

3. Data Retention

We retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. For Sudoku Scapes and Life Logic, automatically collected information is managed by our third-party analytics and advertising services per their own retention policies. For Trackly, library and profile data lives on your device and is retained until you delete it or uninstall the app. Your account data is also retained on Supabase's servers until you request account deletion (see Section 1B).

4. Children's Privacy

Our Applications do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

5. Your Rights (Opt-Out)

Sudoku Scapes / Life Logic: You can stop all collection by uninstalling the app. You may reset your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID) to limit ad tracking.

Trackly: You can delete your local data at any time via Settings → "Clear library & lists" in the app, or by uninstalling the app. You can sign out of your account at any time from Settings → Account; to delete your account and all associated cloud data, email us at lumina.labs.studio@gmail.com.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
