This Privacy Policy applies to Sudoku Scapes and other mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Applications") created by LuminaLabs ("Service Provider", "we", "us") as Free, ad-supported services.

We collect information to provide better services and improve our games. Since our games are free to play, we rely on advertisements to fund our development. The data collection is primarily handled by our third-party partners.

A. Information You Provide Directly

We do not require you to create an account to play our games. The only personal data we receive directly is what you voluntarily provide if you contact us for support (e.g., your email address).

B. Automatically Collected Information (Advertising & Analytics)

To display advertisements and analyze game performance, our third-party partners (like Google AdMob) may collect and process the following data from your device:

• Device Identifiers: Unique identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID (GAID), used to show personalized ads and limit the number of times you see the same ad.
• Coarse Location: Approximate location data derived from your IP address to ensure ads are relevant to your region.
• Usage Data: Information about your interactions with the game (e.g., session duration, crash logs, diagnostic information).

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to display advertisements and analyze usage. These third parties have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

3. Data Retention

We retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected information is managed by third-party analytics and advertising services in accordance with their own retention policies.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

5. Your Rights (Opt-Out)

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may also reset your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID) to limit ad tracking.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
