Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Sudoku Scapes, Life Logic, Evolution Clicker, Trackly, and other mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Applications") created by LuminaLabs ("Service Provider", "we", "us"). Data practices differ between our ad-supported games and Trackly, so each Application is described separately below.

1. Information Collection and Use

A. Sudoku Scapes, Life Logic & Evolution Clicker (ad-supported games)

These games are free to play and rely on advertisements to fund development. Data collection for these Applications is primarily handled by our third-party advertising partners.

Information You Provide Directly: We do not require an account to play. The only personal data we receive directly is what you voluntarily provide if you contact us for support (e.g. your email address).

Automatically Collected Information (Advertising & Analytics): To display advertisements and analyze game performance, our third-party partners (like Google AdMob) may collect and process:

In-App Purchases (Evolution Clicker). Evolution Clicker offers optional purchases of in-game currency. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play Billing; we never receive or store your payment card details, billing address or Google account credentials. Purchased currency is stored only on your device, as part of the local save file.

Game progress. These games do not require an account and do not upload your progress to us. Your save file is stored locally on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data. If your device has Android Backup enabled, Google may include that save file in your own device backup, under Google's terms.

B. Trackly

Trackly is a TV show and movie tracking app. Unlike our games, Trackly has no advertisements and no third-party analytics or crash-tracking SDKs. Trackly requires a free account (email and password, or Google sign-in) to use the app, so your library reliably syncs across your devices and so its social features can work. Its data handling is as follows:

What we store. Your library (shows/movies tracked, watched episodes, ratings, reviews), custom lists, profile (display name, username, bio, profile picture), unlocked badges and app settings are stored on your device and, tied to your account, on Supabase's servers so they sync between your devices. Supabase also handles sign-in — passwords are never visible to us. If you sign in with Google, we receive the email address of your Google account. Show and movie metadata is not stored on our servers; each device fetches it from TMDB as needed.

Usage counts. We record which days you open Trackly and whether you used the app or the website, so we can count how many people use it each day. This is stored with your account on Supabase, is not shared, and is erased when you delete your account.

What other users can see. While you are signed in you have a public profile inside the app, and there is currently no way to use an account with that profile hidden. Other signed-in users can see your username, profile picture, banner, bio, join month, your watching statistics and badges, which titles are in your library with their status and your rating, a feed of what you recently watched or rated, who you follow, and any comments you post. Your exact watch dates, custom lists, written reviews and settings stay private. Comments are public by design — please do not put anything private in them.

Reporting and blocking. You can report any comment, and block any user from their comment or profile. Blocking hides that account from you, removes the follow in both directions, and stops them following or replying to you; they are not notified. Undo it under Settings → Blocked users.

Deleting your account. Open Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. This permanently erases your account and everything above — library, lists, ratings, profile, comments, follows and notification registrations — on our servers and on every synced device. It cannot be undone. Signing out alone deletes nothing. If you can no longer sign in, email us at lumina.labs.studio@gmail.com.

Data sent over the network. Trackly sends your search terms and title requests to The Movie Database (TMDB), and title or show ids to OMDb (IMDb scores) and TVmaze (exact episode broadcast times for reminders). It loads country flag images from flagcdn.com. None of these requests include your account, profile or library. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Permissions and notifications. Episode reminders you opt into are scheduled locally on your device. If social notifications are on, your device also registers a push token so we can tell you about new followers, replies and likes; it is deleted when you turn them off, sign out or delete your account, and delivery goes through Expo and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Calendar access is used only when you tap "Add to calendar" (Trackly never reads your calendar), photo access only when you pick a profile picture, and file access only when you import or export data.

If future versions of Trackly add ads or analytics, this section will be updated accordingly before that version is released.

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for advertising, analytics and content. These third parties have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

3. Data Retention

We retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. For Sudoku Scapes, Life Logic and Evolution Clicker, automatically collected information is managed by our third-party analytics and advertising services per their own retention policies. For Trackly, library and profile data lives on your device and is retained until you delete it or uninstall the app. Your account data is also retained on Supabase's servers until you delete your account from within the app, which erases it immediately (see Section 1B).

4. Children's Privacy

Our Applications do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

5. Your Rights (Opt-Out)

Sudoku Scapes / Life Logic / Evolution Clicker: You can stop all collection by uninstalling the app. You may reset your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID) to limit ad tracking.

Trackly: You can delete your local data at any time via Settings → "Clear library & lists" in the app, or by uninstalling the app. You can sign out of your account at any time from Settings → Account. To delete your account and all associated cloud data, use Settings → Account → Delete account in the app — this erases everything immediately and permanently. You can also export a full copy of your data at any time via Settings → "Import & export data".

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
